The Gulf Coast Chapter and the Aerial Targets, UAVs and Ranges Division of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) recently announced this year’s winner of the annual Hugh Harris Scholarship Award.

Jennifer Cieluch, Niceville High School, graduated with a 4.75 weighted GPA. She was Vice President of the Key Club, a member of the basketball and track teams and received numerous educational achievement awards such as First Place winner of the East Panhandle Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Jennifer will be attending Rice University and majoring in Biomedical Engineering.
