2024-2025 ACCELerator Grants Program
The NDIA Gulf Coast Chapter (NDIA GCC) is pleased to announce the continuation of the ACCELerator Grants Program. The focus of this program is to foster enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and math in our local school children. The program seeks to accomplish this by awarding grants up to $1500 each to local schoolteachers and tax-exempt/non-profit organizations who successfully propose projects or programs which demonstrate creativity and innovation in teaching and encouraging an interest in science, technology, engineering and math. Last year we awarded $81,300 total to 64 teachers in the Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa County School Districts.
The deadline to submit ACCEL grant applications is Friday, 25 October 2024. A NDIA Gulf Coast Chapter committee selects the most
deserving projects and the recipients are notified a few weeks later. The
number of grants will be dependent on funding. NDIA GCC reserves the right to cancel this
program at any time. Grants made prior to cancellation will not be affected by cancellation.
